FTC-300 Tracked Cone Crusher is produced in the form of feeding bunker, generator, cone crusher and stock belt, respectively.FTC-300 Tracked Cone Crusher, which is moved with a remote control, successfully completes all the commands given by the user by moving on its tracks in all harsh climatic conditions and rough terrain. FTC-300 Crawler Cone Crusher, which is delicately designed and carefully manufactured for crushing stone, is the leading tracked crusher plant in the sector with its 42,000 kg weight and 150-250 T/H crushing capacity per hour. The Vibrating Feeder Bunker has been developed by our engineers in a user-oriented manner so that the crusher, on which it is positioned on FABO vibrating feeding hoppers, works with high efficiency. Vibration speed of FABO vibrating feeding bunkers can be adjusted manually with the automation system.This feature prevents the bunker from wearing out and provides the user with a longer and more efficient use. Cone Crusher Cone crushers are the crusher of the FTC-300 tracked crushing plant that can easily crush hard stones. The power transferred from the engine to the gear shaft is sent to the hub with gears. The crusher crushes the stones to pieces thanks to the core and concave inside. Standing out with its robustness and production capacity, the cone crusher ensures that the FTC-300 tracked crushing plant operates at maximum capacity thanks to its high rotor speed and robust gear structure. Stock Belts With its foldable structure, it minimizes the dimensions of the machine it is on. Optionally, the number and length of belts can be increased upon the request of the user. 10 mm EP 125 4-ply band rubbers moving on 4mm st 37 twisted sheet perfectly transport the aggregate coming out of the screen to the area desired by the user in the most efficient way.The belt tires, which are produced resistant to wear, will never let you down and offer many years of service life.
