Technoexport Nutcracker GRK-300 with automatic calibration

The latest design of the GRK-300 nutcracker has a compact form factor and is equipped with wheels for easy transport. We have provided for the possibility of connecting this nutcracker to a 220-volt household network, as well as to a 380-volt three-phase network. The economical 0.75 kW motor allows you to work continuously without worrying about electricity costs. The GRK-300 nutcracker has no gearbox and is based on a reliable V-belt drive, which means you don't have to worry about expensive maintenance. The unique conical nut cracking principle ensures gentle destruction of the shell with a high probability of preserving the integrity of the kernel. This is achieved by a pair of inclined cracking surfaces, one of which performs reciprocating movements. The nut, falling between them, is calibrated, descending to the point necessary for cracking, and is cracked with minimal damage. The gap between the surfaces can be adjusted directly during operation. One person is sufficient to operate the nutcracker. A distinctive feature of this model is its productivity, which reaches 300 kg/hour, and at the same time, an increased yield of so-called ‘butterflies’. An added bonus of this nutcracker is its ability to work with forest nuts, the large-fruited form of which is called ‘hazelnuts’. As you can see, the damage to the kernel is minimal. The productivity of the GRK-300 nutcracker when working with hazelnuts reaches 200 kg per hour.
